Paul is an industry leader in healthcare, quality improvement, value-based contracting and population health management. He now serves as the Michigan Market President for Aledade, after leading the sale of Medical Advantage to Aledade in the Spring of 2024. During his tenure as President of Medical Advantage, Paul expanded the company into new markets, achieving a fivefold increase in revenue while generating millions in value-based care incentives for physicians. Before joining Medical Advantage, Paul was a Director at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM), where he was responsible for leading IT and analytics for the Value Partnerships and the Chief Medical Officer. Mr. MacLellan’s experience also includes the launch of two startup companies, Route One LLC and RealAge, Inc.
